For when you need more than one session can hold - consistent support, long enough for something to actually settle before life pulls you back into old patterns.
Four 90-minute RAW Balance sessions, spaced two weeks apart, with a short check-in call on the weeks between. A closing integration session at week eight brings the container home.
Consistency is what makes change last. One session shifts something. Four, held together over time, allows the changes to take root and grow.
This work helps you remember, session by session, thread by thread, the person you're meant to be.
