What we might explore

Life doesn't pause between sessions — and neither does this work. You have access to me via email or WhatsApp, Tuesday through Saturday, for integration support, questions, and energetic reflection as things move and shift.
Some of the most significant movement happens in the days after a session, as what was activated begins to settle into lived experience. This continuity of contact means you are held not just in the hour, but through the whole of the unfolding.
