I work with Source Intelligence, the unconscious mind, the nervous system, and the energy body - weaving together decades of training with the unseen art of presence.

My Path & Professional Training

With a Bachelor of Adult Education, certifications in transformational coaching, integrative hypnosis, RAW, meditation, metaphysics, and more, I’ve spent over 25 years learning how to walk with people through deep, life-altering change.

I’ve trained with some of the most gifted teachers in healing, energy medicine, and subconscious reprogramming — and what I offer now is the integration of all of it.

A space where truth rises.

My Approach

I believe love has a frequency. That our thoughts become our field. That what we carry - energetically and emotionally - shapes how we see ourselves, and what we believe is possible.

I also believe you are not broken.
You are simply ready for something deeper.

And that readiness is enough.

I hold a deep belief in the possibility of connecting to more - more depth, more connection, more truth, more love.

I see you. Sometimes more clearly than you can see yourself. It’s one of my gifts.

And I will hold the lantern, be the lighthouse, so you can begin to see yourself - and the path ahead - with eyes of compassion, curiosity, and hope.

I work at the meeting point between the nervous system and the soul.

My sessions draw from trauma-informed awareness and an understanding of how the subconscious holds belief, memory, and protection. But healing doesn't stop at the mind - I work with energy, soul memory, generational patterns, and the subtle body to clear what talk-based approaches can’t reach.

This is where real shift occurs.

I blend what science teaches us about regulation, rewiring, and repair - with the mysticism that reminds us who we really are.
